We gather information from consumers to investigate companies to determine if they are acting in accordance with both Federal and State laws regarding telephone sales.

The single largest area of Fraud reported to the Attorney General’s office in Florida stems directly from the Timeshare Industry. Inclusive in this category are Timeshare Sales, Resale, Recovery and Fee Recovery Companies. This category of complaints is larger than the next 4 categories of complaints put together.
